Twila's Design is based out of Jacksonville, Florida where all orders are processed and shipped.
Orders in stock will be processed within 4-6 business days unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar. Orders out of stock or customization will be discussed directly with the customer via email within 24 hours of purchase/deposit.
The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment in stock via USPS:
Canada: 6-15 business days
USA: 4-8 business days
INTL: 12-20 business days
Refunds will be assessed in three different categories.
1.) Refunds before an Order has been Shipped
Please contact via email sales.twilasdesign.com ASAP so a cancellation and refund of your order can be initiated.
2.) Refunds on Custom Orders with Partial Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. Please understand that once an agreement has been made on customization of a product that time, resources, and effort are taken away from all other work projects to create the individualized customization.
3.) Refunds after an Order has been Shipped
Refunds within 7 days of the date of purchase provided the merchandise is returned undamaged, will be processed upon receiving the item. Twila's Design is not responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds after 7 days of the date of purchase provided the merchandise is returned undamaged are assessed for potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Communication is key. Twila's Design will assist and make all attempts possible to help locate delayed, missing/lost orders. Successful delivery and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Understand that when the shipping carrier takes possession of the package and does not fulfill delivery obligations, Twila's Design will send a replacement order and request that the customer assist in any claims filed with the shipping carrier to located the delayed/lost/missing package.
If your order is being delayed due to an input error in your shipping address, please contact Twila's Design at sales.twilasdesign.com for the appropriate changes will be made as soon as possible.
